At Spa Meraki, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unopened condition.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
